One of the delights of Champneys is mealtimes. Delicious
gourmet cuisine, beautifully presented is a highlight of
every stay. Our team of Head Chefs select only the freshest
ingredients and our menus are carefully planned. Champneys
does not encourage fasting or radical diet changes. Our cuisine
relies on the principles of moderation, balance and variety
but certainly not starvation!
Champneys cuisine is high in fibre and low in saturated fats, sugar and
salt. We also have a Light Diet option for those wishing to lose weight.
To make healthy eating simple, Champneys have devised a special plate
where portions for protein, carbohydrate and fruit and vegetable are
clearly labelled. Healthy eating has never been so easy! Our Chefs are
happy to cater for any special dietary requirements and there are vegetarian
options available.
But dining at Champneys is not about denial and we have
a tempting array of desserts on offer and even serve fines
wines and champagne at meal times. Dining is relaxed and
informal, guests often dine in their Champneys robes.
