This is a guide to some of the common names used and their class formats at the resorts. Note that all classes listed are not offered every day of the week.

Yoga

An introduction to the technique, poses and principles of this ancient tradition.
This timeless Indian philosophy brings together physical and spiritual discipline for health and peace of mind.

Tai Chi

This holistic art has been used for thousands of years to "promote health, harmony and balance in daily life". Learn the gentle, flowing moves of this Chinese tradition and develop your balance, control, correct breathing technique and posture.

Intro to Pilates-based Matwork

Floorwork aimed at improving the tone and alignment of the body by targeting the key postural muscles through subtle, controlled conditioning exercises. Focusing on core (torso) stabilisation it helps to reduce risk of back/postural problems.

Relaxation

Recognise stress and tension in mind and body and learn relaxation techniques to aid control in everyday situations.

Meditation

Free your mind from the stress, worries, hassles and problems of your busy lifestyle with meditation. Meditation is a perfect method to help put your emotions into perspective, introducing moments of stillness into a hectic lifestyle.

Cancellation fees

Please note that 24 hours notice of cancellation for any appointment is required for all services, otherwise 50% of the total service price will be charged. In the event that we are unable to re-sell the reserved service time, full payment will be required.
