Champneys Fit Camp is a 7 night kick-start fitness programme that will help you to achieve your short or long term goals. Our team of experts will guide you through a dynamic experience you will never forget and by the end of the week you will feel fitter, more energised and inspired to make positive lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime. Your vital statistics will be measured on arrival, and again at the end of the programme to illustrate all your personal improvements and achievements.

Champneys will provide fitness, dietary and nutritional advice but gives no guarantee as to the exact results of weight-loss; this will be dependant on the individual's current health and body type and shape and also requires self-discipline and effort from the individual in order to gain the best results.
Please be aware that Champneys Fit Camp is a structured 7 day programme and is suitable for a wide range of fitness levels. It does not matter what your ability is, we can help you decrease your body fat and speed up your metabolism and help you on your way to looking and feeling great.
The Nutrition programme has been designed by the Champneys Nutritionist to meet your nutritional needs and to ensure you achieve your goal. Each meal is prepared to ensure you receive maximum nutritional value whilst containing sufficient calories to sustain you throughout your busy Fit Camp week.
Prior to your arrival a member of the Wellbeing team at Champneys will call you in order to complete a health questionnaire and answer any questions you may have. If you do have any health problems that are flagged up during this time this may affect your participation on the Fit Camp week. (An alternative stay or a refund maybe offered).
